Hi There, The behaviour forms on the PCS are being totally ripped apart by the MHT they find them not very easy to read and decipher so to speak.Can these be looked at or maybe adapted.

Please could we have a 'call bell' risk assessment and a 'floor mat sensor' risk assessment.

Please can the option of entering where a resident has been admitted from be put in the edit resident details option?
