Duty of Candour Prompt When Accident/Incident Recorded
Is it possible to have a duty of candour prompt when recording an accident or incident so that it is clear that appropriate actions have been taken if an incident or accident meets the criteria?
Following a complaint, Please could we have a tile for checking that the residents' call bell is working. The nearest we have is the pendant alarm check but this was not deemed accurate enough. Many Thanks.
