Hi there, Is it possible to see if we can make this trache proforma interactive so staff can document observations for tracheostomy patients only? This should be helpful for other care homes that take tracheostomy patients as well.

we will have too many items within the scanned document section, we would need to organise these via folders and Audits are being uploaded twice weekly

Is it possible to add PBS (Positive Behaviour Support Plan) on the system as you currently have personal behaviour support plan? This is for the people with behaviour that challenge? It would help to have a posiive behaviour plan.

It'd be helpful to have a search bar above the icons or place them in alphabetical order for ease.

We have requested an icon for ipad and communication aid. Do you have any updates around this?
