I have seen similar posts but, is it possible to implement that staff must sign to say they have read the handover notes before they can access the residents daily care for that day. I do know that PredicAire does this.
Also if having read and affirmed the care notes, only handover notes added after the time of reading appear when staff re check for updates- added handover notes throughout the shift are often lost as they don't stand out- especially when staff have to revisit every hour to maintain their green tick
