due to service users having seizures/absences it would benefit having a chart on pcs to use instead of still having to use paper copy or staff just putting on daily notes

as this happens due to positioning and then gets documented as a fall and actions then have to be followed.

A body map feature that can be used by care staff using the handset would be helpful. Maybe integrate it into the skin integrity feature. This will allow for more accurate tracking of such things like bruises or skin rashes etc

I have found that you do not have a Diabetic risk assessment form. this is somethign that CQC asked to see about our diabetic residents. How it is managed and what to do in certain situations. ie a hyer or hypo.
