Stop '' Emotional Support'' tiles from automatically triggering and creating ABC Chart entries

Currently, selecting icons like ''Confused'' automatically triggers and ABC Chart. This is clinically incorrect as emotional distress is a state of being, not a behavioural incident. Both residents and staff would benefit. It ensures residents are not unfairly labelled with '' challenging behaviour'' in their legal records. It also saves staff time by preventing the generation of '' ghost'' or incomplete ABC forms that clutter the Monitoring Charts. Emotional Support tiles should map directly to Daily Notes only. They should only trigger an ABC Chart if the carer manually selects a separate Behaviour incident flag.
