Is it possible to have a duty of candour prompt when recording an accident or incident so that it is clear that appropriate actions have been taken if an incident or accident meets the criteria?

Can we have an option of doing the end of shift handover notes please without needing to open individual profiles. It would be helpful to nurses to write important notes at the end of the shift and GP visit notes or any group activity/vaccination ...

Not filtering the nightly checks chart by each staff. We have 2 staff who check on residents, and would like one chart generated per resident, not separated by each staff so I can see a clear sleeping chart for each resident.

For residents weights to be highlighted on the Resident Observations report for a weight increase of 5kg or more. Currently only weight loss is flagged or highlighted

I work mostly on the desk top but the options available through "Add new record" are limited, it would be useful if we had the same options or more options available through the drop such as add weight.

Staff forget to sign out of the programme often. Can we consider a set time for how long the MCM programme will keep them logged in. To log out automatically after certain set hours. eg- after 8 hours, after 12 hours etc

Please could we have a 'call bell' risk assessment and a 'floor mat sensor' risk assessment.

The PEEP assessment when you print summary report doesn't include what mobility aid the resident needs, this was picked up on by the fire department and deemed as a breach, though the mobility aid is written in the actual PEEP, the fire department...

Could we please have an additional sign off tick box for Accident, Falls and Incidents for Admin to date and tick when the form has been processed on Care Director.
