Having a log of Deceased residents in care home

Following a complaint, Please could we have a tile for checking that the residents' call bell is working. The nearest we have is the pendant alarm check but this was not deemed accurate enough. Many Thanks.

there should be a future available for care staff to unsuspend a resident on mobile devices as when a team leader is busy residents can remain unsuspended for longer than necessary

Staff Messaging should be for both hand held devices and computer users. This currently only works for the hand held devices.

Having this on the handheld device apps would be much easier in monitoring behaviours as presently cares are flagging triggers and outbursts as incidents which doesn't look goon on analysis when it is just a trigger that can be short lived.
