I have seen similar posts but, is it possible to implement that staff must sign to say they have read the handover notes before they can access the residents daily care for that day. I do know that PredicAire does this.

I think it would be a better use of team time if in the event of 2 team providing care for a resident that 1 team member document and there is an ability of them to select the second team member, the second team member to then log in read the care...

We are a Mental Health home and would like to see: Extending the 3,000 character/word limit when updating care plans. This is frustrating when a lot of documentation needs recording.

The medical tile shows as red for a person who is unable to be weighted and MUAC measurements are taken.The MUAC records should be noted onto an alternative graph for weight, this would keep the medical tile green
