Can you please adda a tile for documenting MDT communications? This can be used to document calls or visits by the MDT. If this can be further developed as you have done under the tile 'specialist', this is even better.

The new layout of the care plan section where everything is pushed to the right is awful. Please change the layout back to what it was before.

Is it possible for the falls risk assessment to be automatically linked to the accident reports for each resident so that it automatically updates when a resident has an additional fall to reflect the falls risk?

Can we have a section in the medical treatment/wound care for catheter care plans so we can keep track and have notifications for when a catheter is due without duplicating information?
