The new layout of the care plan section where everything is pushed to the right is awful. Please change the layout back to what it was before.

For example when choosing check equipment to add a choice list, hoist, sling, wheelchair, wheelchair belt instead of going into separate icons

Not being able to see the outcomes in some of our tenants own files. This is making Quality audits difficult to manage. Plus staff are having a hard time locating them to review and being told in QAs that they haven't been completed when they have.

Could you add more options of specialists? Mental health team, crisis team, funeral directors, etc.

Is it possible for the falls risk assessment to be automatically linked to the accident reports for each resident so that it automatically updates when a resident has an additional fall to reflect the falls risk?

Can we have a section in the medical treatment/wound care for catheter care plans so we can keep track and have notifications for when a catheter is due without duplicating information?
