I would like to ask regarding the Emotional Support Chart as the file does ask HOW WAS IT RESOLVED? It shows blank eventhough the staff filled in everything. How do we put the how was it resolve area? There is no option at all.

Hi Team, This would be very helpful as it can be one of those tasks that is not done very often and hence reminder on steps would be beneficial.
