We would like a simple printed leaflet that explains how to log care.
Although the video is helpful, it is over an hour long. We would prefer something short, easy to read, and available for quick reference, which could be included in a staff handbook.
The leaflet could cover:
How to log in
How to record care
How to add notes or incidents
Basic reminders and key icons
This could be added to staff induction packs and kept on site for quick reference. It would help staff learn faster and reduce mistakes or repeated questions.
