Add the time to all actions carried out by staff - not just the date. Knowing the actual time information was filled in, or action taken, is essential.
Being able to add and change the detail of the time that an intervention was completed, therefore if a log isn't put on until 30 mins later, the time can changed so to be a more accurate representation of when the interventions have taken place.

When giving a resident a 125 ml ensure/fresubin supplement, we are having to press the 150 ml button then slide it to 125, but this then looks like we have offered 25 ml more than we have.
