can we please have the handover took from AD hoc actions (cannon be planned) so we can add it to the planned care day to be completed as a must do at the end of each shift. :)

Could you consider a body map feature on the handset- this would help when care staff are taking pictures and would not rely on communication to senior staff members to log on the desk top

it would be good to have a tick box for the dols renewal, it alerts and goes red/amber when nearing or overdue, but if there was a section to action to say its been submitted for renewal.

To reduce the amount of staff who are not reading handover notes I feel when staff log on and the handover was the first thing they see there will more of a chance they will click to confirm notes read

Since the update you can't see the residents photo in the evacuation report, this is no good for the fire brigade in an emergency, the previous report printed fine
