Request to add custom entries in the "Fluid Offered Quantity" field to ensure accurate fluid documentation and prevent clinical errors.

I would like to kindly request the inclusion of a 125mL option in the "Fluid Offered Quantity" category within the system in the nutrition section. Currently, the available preset values include 10mL, 80mL, and then 150mL and above. However, our supplement volume is consistently 125mL at the moment and have been for a long time, and at present, we are selecting 150mL to approximate this.

This discrepancy of 25mL per entry is leading to inaccuracies in the daily fluid balance, which may result in significant errors, particularly for patients under close fluid monitoring. This could potentially lead to serious clinical misjudgments.

I would greatly appreciate it if either:

• A 125mL option could be added to the preset list, or

• A custom entry field could be introduced to allow accurate documentation of fluid offered.
