Diabetic Risk Assessment

I have found that you do not have a Diabetic risk assessment form. this is somethign that CQC asked to see about our diabetic residents. How it is managed and what to do in certain situations. ie a hyer or hypo.

Fortification tile

Is it possible to add a fortification option to the tile when recording meals, this helps with evidencing to CQC that we are fortifying meals as per the resident care plan and meets the regulated requirements for Nutrition and Hydration
