We are a Mental Health home and would like to see: Extending the 3,000 character/word limit when updating care plans. This is frustrating when a lot of documentation needs recording.

Could the nominated management team receive email notifications for accidents/ incident? This would be useful especially for when one manager is off sick/ annual leave, so the other managers can act upon the notification.

The medical tile shows as red for a person who is unable to be weighted and MUAC measurements are taken.The MUAC records should be noted onto an alternative graph for weight, this would keep the medical tile green
