suggest you update use of handover notes, and how they can be filtered by the admin to show what is needed by each home on a bespoke level, rather than PCS deciding what's important to be included

PCS will not allow me to amend what daily care notes are added or not, to handover because it is an " outdated area of the system and will not update" Can i strongly suggest that this area is updated so that handover notes can be used effectively
