Many of our residents kick their sensor mats under beds or away from them. There should be an option for 'refused' with the sensor mat so we can have a way to record this behaviour
Would be helpful for staff to understand that a resident is being barrier nursed. Also supports with visitors who can then make an informed choice to visit or not.

for the Kitchen staff to have their own module as they see more of what a resident does and does not eat at meal times. Care staff are very busy doing feeds mostly so it can be quiet annoying trying to find out what and how much a resident has eaten.
We use Digital reception and have noticed when a resident goes out with Family or appointment they are then suspended on PCS. On the desktop their profile remains and turns pink , however on the tablets they completely disappear. We were wondering...
to be able to print off an individual weekly activity planner so the person can have a copy in their room
it is important that we involve the resident and that they are aware of what they have planned that week. Having their personal activity schedule in their room will aid this.
There should be an option to see the pictures care staff take. They take pictures but we have no way of seeing them except for attaching them to a wound, but often the pictures aren't of wounds
