our hospitality team like to plan the month ahead when it wcomes to birthdays and ensure they recieve a cake on the day to celebrate , we used to be able to print off a list as such from our old system however this psc will only list all service users includng the training residnets or indiviually . This would be really benifical to the qualifty of service to the residents individually to be able to filter for active residents only
