Hi, We really need check pressure cushion to be added planned care day, so that these can been checked daily for wear and tear and cleanliness. It would be more beneficial having this on here rather than using paper format.

Currently you can only set creams as 'could do' if they self administer but I have lots of creams that are prescribed as needed but as the care team are applying I cannot document that this the resident who is not able to apply the cream has done ...
There should be a report page where we should be able to see a list view of residents in the home both in home and suspended which includes their name, DOB , room number and NHS number at a glace rather than having to go into each persons profile.
This would enable staff to have a quick overview of the basic information of the residents in the home rather than having to click on each persons profile.
Can we add a bespoke form to capture relative reviews, from a Governance perspective we should be able to view reports as completed, as opposed to going into each individual plan/care notes to find information
