To prevent all emotional support icons collating on ABC chart

A Challenging Behaviour is what constitutes the ABC form requiring full completion and 'sign off', I would like to suggest that all emotional support icons are unlinked to the ABC report for each service user as this causes issues internally and for external stakeholder inspections. Generally, you could complete a full ABC document for an episode of challenging behaviour only. Not when somebody is 'pacing' or 'upset' etc.
