New wound cares to flag for actioning by Team Leader

When new wound care photos are added by care staff, it would be useful if they flagged up for actioning by a team leader i.e. so they can add to wound care and contact healthcare professionals as needed- as sometimes care staff may forget to let team leaders know when they have taken pictures of a new wound
