An option on meals and drinks to say they have been assisted with their meals and drinks would be helpful as we need to evidence who we are assisting, instead of us editing the description label.

It would be very helpful if all staff can see any wound/infections on the handsets. At the moment you can only see them when using a monitor but care staff do not use a monitor and all they see is a hand in a red triangle box.

When documenting a care note for emotional support the tiles only give negative options such as distress or upset. Emotions can also mean positive support such as happy, excited or engaged and this is not captured when running an emotional support...

When clicking an emoji for mood I do think unhappy should provide a box like the very unhappy to explain why our resident is unhappy and what have we done to change this.

Is it possible to have the options of declined, not present and refused on the desktop for the care notes. Similarly to the way we can on the devices. All the icons can now be recorded on the desktop but we are not able to input declined or refused.

Care homes are required to contact police for various reasons and currently we are not able to record this. Please could you consider adding a Police contact tile.
