Can you add a near miss feature, eg had a vacant episode staff prevented a fall by assisting to a chair.This is helpful to assess staffing levels, nursing assessments and how we are meeting needs or not. thank you

Care plan updates to be risk rated for dates to update, Not all care plans need to be updated monthly. To have the option for dates the same as risk assessments will be highly beneficial
