I would like to ask regarding the Emotional Support Chart as the file does ask HOW WAS IT RESOLVED? It shows blank eventhough the staff filled in everything. How do we put the how was it resolve area? There is no option at all.

It would be helpful if the Care Planning Needed report could have options on how to run. Currently, it runs by alphabetical order, it would be great if we could run by room order too.
Why does the system allow a person to select both an accident and incident form - surly only one is needed and if one is selected then the other should become disabled. We are seeing some staff adding on with the icon for an event two A&I form...
