The recording of blood sugar levels – there is no facility in the system to record a “high” reading to reflect on the graph. All the blood sugar monitoring devices will record “hi” after an upper limit is reached. Can this be added ?
Repositioning - implement a timer for repositioning as per repositioning which automatically resets once a position change is complete. Therefore reducing planned times, and workign with residents preference day to day.
Staff forget to sign out of the programme often. Can we consider a set time for how long the MCM programme will keep them logged in. To log out automatically after certain set hours. eg- after 8 hours, after 12 hours etc
Supervisors and RNS mainly read handover notes on the desktop, not from a device, we have no way to evidence they are reading the notes. Reports run on handover notes are only from handsets. Would be helpful to have a box which can be ticked by RN...
GP Automatic renewal coming up / List format of homes and dates
It would be very useful to be able to get an automatic update / a list of homes of when GP Connect is expiring/needs to be renewed. Currently it's hard to do this over multi-location organisations.
Add an option for meals and drinks for assisted feeding
An option on meals and drinks to say they have been assisted with their meals and drinks would be helpful as we need to evidence who we are assisting, instead of us editing the description label.
When logging fluids and you click what amount has been offered, add an option to put the accurate amount offered as ensures are 125ml, pro cal shots are 30ml (4x times daily), some big cups are 300ml but there is no option for these amounts.
glass measurement's correct on system as we use 9oz which is 266mls and 12oz is 330mls
