Re the MUST tool / Risk assessment, ot would be useful if you could add the obese score to the BMI so as it flags obesity risk I.e BMI > 30 is obese. There shoukd also be some guidance for care planning residents that are obese in the Must tool.

Your current post fall checks are for falls only but it would be really helpful if they would show up for all accidents/incidents as out current paperwork includes post checks for all accidents. Thank you

Hello,Under charts there needs to be a sleep chart so that we can see a clear outline of peoples sleep patterns. There is one for fluid,food,bowels ect so it would be ideal to have one for sleep as well. Kind regardsHeather
