At present if you want to use an assessment for just a few residents then you have to turn the assessment on for all which if not done then shows as overdue.

The correct practice is to advance and rotate the PEG tube when providing care, currently this is not evidenced without adding text, either a simple change to the wording or an advanced icon would fulfil this.

Please can you add the date to the evacuation report as the CQC like to see evidence that it is updated when there are admissions or discharges

When a device is broken and not going to be in circulation again, it would be good to have a way to remove it from the main list so when audits are being done, old devices do not skew the results.

On accident/incident forms, we can only add notes which are 6 hours old, could we have the chance to increase this if possible?
