Time effective

I think it would be a better use of team time if in the event of 2 team providing care for a resident that 1 team member document and there is an ability of them to select the second team member, the second team member to then log in read the care document and click to sign, currently 2 team members are having to document the same thing and this is time consuming and a wasteful use of the limited time teams have.
