When press to complete body map a message will appear with error then again starting from the beginning to complete body map and when press complete find already first attempt safes. Please could you solve this issue

As a RMN I think it is important to add area's for more detailed documentation regarding mental health. A tile for mental health reviews would be good for a space to document and easily locate for future reviews.
