We had a CQC inspection and they picked up on the 'disrespectful language' used in the current assessment. When you click 'auto fill blanks from informs" it generates the following:
"XX has an impairment of..." this was referenced in our CQC report and we got requires improvement.
Can i ask you to clarify what you mean about this and the disrespectful language part. We are unsure what you mean but can see that others like it, so just want to make sure we are not missing anything, Thanks
