as Learning disability services we would really benefit from a seizure chart. This would make it easier to see when someone has had a seizure and if there are any patterns, without going through someone's notes

Can the Live Must score be the same as the Risk Assessments for the residents that are no longer weighted or cannot be weighed, and the Must score is achieved through MUAC?
It would be a good idea if we were able to enter a date of a photograph, when searching for photos, instead of having to scroll through all of them. This time consuming when completing incident/accident forms.
