Adding more health professionals to the specialist ICON:

Other health professionals see our patients, such as the palliative care nurses, consultant psychiatrists, community mental health nurses, AVS team 'Acute Visiting Service, Advanced nurse practitioners, CHC nurse assessors, CQC, advocates, IMCAS, these would be very useful when documenting a specific type of professional and much easier and stream lined when wanting to search back for a professional in order to gather evidence and see who has seen our patients, when and why.
