To stop the scanned documents title editing and becoming shorter

I think there maybe a character limitation on the saved scanned document titles especially when dots are used.

When I saved scanned documents the title is automatically edited and becomes much shorter than I would like.

For example

ZC 20.11.2025 Appointment letter

automatically cuts out to

ZC 20.11

I have noticed that other titles like....

Care home Pre Nursing assessment completed

This doesn't shorten and I think this might be because there are no dots used.
