It would be great if there was an additional report that could collate all information regarding repositioning requirements similar to the way that the nutritional report collates all information for nutrition. It would be useful for auditing purposes to be able to see at a glance, the number of people requiring 2/3/4 hourly support etc.
this seems like such a basic function that one would expect and shouldn't have to ask for. It would also be good if the Repositioning chart could highlight any variance in reposition to flag easier when repositioning has been late or completed on time.
