Care plan view

It would be useful if the initial assessments didn't show at the top of the care plan document when viewing care plans on devices. It would be useful if there was an option in the settings to change the order of care plans being viewed. Or if they could be changed as we have had a number of healthcare professonals comment on how the care plans repeat themselves, but its not that there repeated its just the layout when they are reading them.
