Audits

When we are auditing the daily notes, there is no way to evidence that we are auditing, identifying any issues and then communicating this to the staff. Currently we are doing this by sending messages to individual staff members, but these messages disappear after 10 days so there is no way to evidence what we have done about it. There should be a form available on the system for daily audits of care notes that shows what issues have been identified and what we have done about them, to allow us to evidence this.
