Can you add a near miss feature, eg had a vacant episode staff prevented a fall by assisting to a chair.
This is helpful to assess staffing levels, nursing assessments and how we are meeting needs or not.

The near-miss feature should have been there alongside incidents and accidents. It can be a standalone feature under the reports tab
Totally agree with this suggestion.
A near miss icon/section on an incident form is needed. When reviewing 'Accidents, Incident and near misses' currently PCS does not offer this feature. In order to review occasions for near misses, PCS could add a section into Incident forms for this.
