To be able to access wound assessment when suspended

When completing an audit on wounds on pcs I have noticed that if a resident is in hospital their wound assessment can not be accessed to document when wound is due for review that they are in hospital so when I print the wound summary off it will flag red to show that this has been missed I feel there should be away for us to be able to go on to the wound assessment to be able to state currently in hospital which then will shows the reason it was not completed
