Is it possible to have the options of declined, not present and refused on the desktop for the care notes. Similarly to the way we can on the devices. All the icons can now be recorded on the desktop but we are not able to input declined or refused.

Change `Current `assessment heading to `Admission` assessment to prevent ongoing monthly updates to this section on PCS. The assessments and care plans are the most up to date and the current assessment is duplication of care needs.
