On the Dependency tool, please can there be a bedbound icon added to the mobility, transferring & weightbearing area. Also the walking with out purpose can a icon be put in there if a is immobile, still displaying agitation

When adding a new action to a persons planned day, it would be helpful for there to be a prompt asking if this is a can do or must do action rather than automatically making can do and the staff having to go in and change this manually.

On the vaccine risk assessment section, it has been noted that there is no option to manually enter a vaccine nor is there any option to select the RSV vaccine - this makes record keeping more difficult. Please could the team look into these options
