Personalisation of Care Notes

We have recently had our PAMMS assessment and one of the things we were assessed as partially compliant with was personalisation of care notes. Staff regularly use the autofill option when completing care notes as part of planned care actions rather than the option to free text. Is there anyway to disable the autofill option?
