for team leaders to be able to do all of there work on the lap top rather than hand held device

It would be great if the team leader could do on the lap top what we need to do on the hand held devices as we are always on the lap top and when busy we are having to log into the hand held device e.g when in the diary someone has a hospital appointment we then have to click onto the tile on hand held device. it would be so much better if we could use the lap top and not have to do this each time. team leaders should also be able to read handover on the lap top
