Transfer contents of risk assessments to the linked care plan automatically when linked, should also be able to link all RA's. For instance, when MUST is entered on the risk assessment (RA), then linked to the nutrition care plan, the information from the MUST RA will automatically transfer so it will be constant and there are no conflicting information. The care plan will be prepopulated with the information from the risk assessments. As a result, when it is changed in the RA it also changes the care plan.
Please can the Religion be displayed on the Information front page. This is only transported from the current care plan . It needs to be clearly visible for staff to see.
It would be beneficial if there was a care action tile dedicated to airflow mattresses. Allowing staff to type in the weight displayed on the airflow pump and to ensure there are no tares and plugged in etc.
