Could we have a message box on the front page of each service user for those times when a short term instruction is needed. I.E. When NOK goes on holiday and staff should call another family member instead.

would be helpful if all residents showed MUST and BMI on their front page.

It would be easier to check on the meal chart what meal has been consumed but also if it is what they ordered in the morning, or if they had changed their minds. It is also evidence for CQC of offering choice and easy to see in one place altogether

It will help shorten time if yoy need to find a specific note/information in the care notes history.

I think this be of benefit, our home has experienced a high number of falls, with residents requiring a sensor mat, i believe having such a tile that is specific only to sensor mat and not under 'check equipment umbrella' would prove effective

Could there be a pharmacy or pharmacist tile so it can be actioned when they pharmacy has been contacted?
