When reviewing risk assessment, user read from to to bottom and is quite annoying moving back up again just to save it. It saves time when a save button is at the bottom as well.

The Accident / Incident forms the full forms that are filled in on the monitor needs to be made accessible to be filled in hand sets. These forms are time sensitive. The only people who have access to the computers are Management and Senior staff....

I would suggest to add on the complain form, or on the accident form...lesson learned following the incidents, accidents or complaints. This is requested by CQC and would be a good idea to have this info added on the same form.
