The Accident / Incident forms the full forms that are filled in on the monitor needs to be made accessible to be filled in hand sets. These forms are time sensitive. The only people who have access to the computers are Management and Senior staff....

I would suggest to add on the complain form, or on the accident form...lesson learned following the incidents, accidents or complaints. This is requested by CQC and would be a good idea to have this info added on the same form.

AI is the way forward and many competitors are using this to aid better careplanning and care notes. PCS need to catch up, you always used to be at the top!

Supervisors and RNS mainly read handover notes on the desktop, not from a device, we have no way to evidence they are reading the notes. Reports run on handover notes are only from handsets. Would be helpful to have a box which can be ticked by RN...
