For the bowel action tile to show the accurate amounts of days where a bowel has not been opened. For example it currently says "Not opened in the last 2 days" and care staff have no way of checking how many days it has been so it causes space for bowels not being opened for long periods and potentially being missed.
if you click on the charts to your far left side then click bowel movement chart then click refresh button it will give you the residents according to room number the bowel recordings for the last 28 days then you will have more than 2 days to review i always do this at the start of my shift and medication round so i can be able to manage bowels accordingly.
