it would be good to have a tick box for the dols renewal, it alerts and goes red/amber when nearing or overdue, but if there was a section to action to say its been submitted for renewal.
It would be good if incident/ accidents had a reference or identification number or if they could be reopened by authorised persons in the case that they had to be reopened.

I think you should think about adding audits, it would be useful to have everything on one platform and we could use the information from all the documentation to populate in to audits.
We would find it helpful to have a function allowing messages to be sent to a group of staff i.e. "all nurses" or "nurses and senior carers" rather than having to copy and paste intended messages to each staff member.
