Edit default actions that pull through to the handover section

Some of the actions/text that automatically pulls through isn't needed. Despite amending this within master action settings this does not update the selection criteria on the handover page. Support advised me to create an idea.

I don't think we need very happy activities to pull through as an example, this dilutes really important information.

I think each provider should be able to personalise the handover more.
