It would be helpful to have a color code when suspending a resident in PCS. Example: Amber - Suspended as they are in hospital, Purple - Suspended as they are for day care, Pink - Suspended cause they went out, etc.

Since the update you can't see the residents photo in the evacuation report, this is no good for the fire brigade in an emergency, the previous report printed fine

The system is currently limited to 10 messages a day, when you have several staff and residents, this is not enough to pass on all important notifications and is a risk staff will miss things.
