Add "Daily Walk Round" on PCS

As part of the management team, I perform a "Daily Walk Round" where I go round the home inspecting cleanliness, any odour, infection control practices (staff using the right PPE, residents have their fluids, call bells and mobility equipment within reach? I would need a section on PCS (Nourish System has this specific Icon) where I can document my daily Walk Round as this is not specific to residents which means I can't record this on resident's note. This Icon can be added on PROCESS drop down under OTHERS. Is this doable?
