Redacted Documents - we frequently need to send care notes to social workers / local authorities and redacting staff names by hand takes days. there needs to be an option before printing to redact names

The action icons tend to cover mainly older care home/ nursing home activities. As someone with service users who are young there needs to be many more activity options. Such as swimming, collage, mini golf etc.

Could we have a tile for checking service users safety so it is different from check ok tile for post falls checks
