That the current assessment automatically updates when changes are made to the assessments. Updating all the info in assessments, care plans, and current assessments is a lot of double work that seems very unnecessary.

A separate handover at the top of the handover section where things unrelated to a specific resident can be written.

As a RMN I think it is important to add area's for more detailed documentation regarding mental health. A tile for mental health reviews would be good for a space to document and easily locate for future reviews.

a body map as part of initial assessment. the current skin check doesn't let you identify mixed issues e.g if someone's legs dry and red the tiles wont let you add both. this means a full body check has to be logged several times for one check

currently on PEG care available. NG care with Ph aspirate and tune length in cm would be great
